Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to analyze petroleum margin, sales, and competition to determine the optimal retail price to achieve or exceed company level financial goals.
Essential Functions
Determine optimal site-level retail price for fuel productsResearch, monitor, and analyze changing conditions to site level sales, margin, and competition through daily site reviewMonitor and analyze fuel market trading (i.e., NYMEX and Spot Markets) to make informed decisions and maximize site level margins and salesCollaborate and communicate daily with cross functional teams and store operators regarding price strategy and market changesParticipate in feedback and troubleshooting processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements to maximize efficiencies and productivityModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field requiredMinimum one year industry or company experience preferredSpecialized Knowledge
