Mission:

This role supports the pricing activities of the PIC Design business development team.  This position plays a key role in executing and administering the pricing policies and processes of PIC Design.    

 

Responsibilities:

Coordinates the workflow of quotations from inquiry to quote. Follows established pricing policies in the calculation of line-item pricing Works with Business Development Manager to analyze competitive pricing in the market Supports larger pricing projects including the development and implementation of published pricing Completes ad-hoc pricing analysis for the Business Development Manager

 

Key Measurements:

Quote Turn-Around Time Accuracy of price analysis, quotations and gross margin Consistency of implementation of established PIC Design pricing policies Opportunity capture rate

Strong analytical capability Learning Agility: Ability to learn a technical product and RBC Bearings systems  Ability to work autonomously and solve problems Strong time and task management skills Attention to detail Critical Thinking

 

Required Skills:

MS Office Software (Excel, Word at a minimum) Basic financial math (calculating profit margin, etc.) Data analysis, trend recognition.  Turning data into actionable information. Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Education:

BA/BS in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
