Pricing Analyst

About the role:

 

The Pricing Analyst does the price setting of a specific product range for our customers. Additionally the Pricing Analyst challenges margins with the respective account managers. The Pricing Analyst works under the responsibility of the Pricing Manager.

 

 

Key responsibiities:

 

Responsible for the price setting of a specific product range Support (and conduct) price and margin negotiations with respective account managers based on margin parameters (SAP) Be in charge of making price quotes, booking contracts and administration of the contract portfolio Prepare all input for the creation of new price lists (SAP) Follow intraday market movements to monitor open price offers Be responsible for maintaining the raw material prices in SAP and conduct price simulations for new product introductions Coordinate with BC internal stakeholders to gather cost information where needed Coordinate with BC internal stakeholders to ensure a timely RM and FX hedging operation Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis  Maintain and update pricing documentation Support pricing projects on ad-hoc basis Join weekly or monthly team calls with wider pricing team

 

 

About you:

 

Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or (Applied) Economics min 2 years or experience in Pricing or Commercial role(s) advanced Excel  Powerpoint, SAP & Salesforce knowledge are a plus but not required Fluent in English Analytical, critical mindset, eye for detail, proactive, autonomous
