The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maintain market competitiveness. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate pricing models, customer behaviors, and market trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and customer data to develop pricing models and strategies. Conduct margin analysis, price elasticity studies, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for optimization. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor pricing performance through key metrics such as margin realization, price adherence, and revenue impact. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate pricing effectiveness and insights to leadership. Pricing Tools and Models: Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing tools, models, and systems for dynamic or value-based pricing. Perform scenario analysis and simulations to predict the impact of pricing changes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives. Provide recommendations for discounting policies and pricing governance to maintain profitability. Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve pricing processes, tools, and efficiency. Support automation and standardization of pricing workflows and reporting.
