Pricing Analyst - Hybrid Requisition Id: 378075 Business Unit: LTL Location: Ann Arbor, MI, US, 48105 **What you’ll need to succeed as a Pricing Analyst XPO** Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work or military experience + 1 year of experience in quantitative analysis + Able to use computer-generated decision support modeling + Able to collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan. + Able to do a critical quantitative evaluation and make recommendations + Able to perform cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments Preferred qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Mathematics or Finance + Master’s degree + Experience with SQL and statistical packages + Experience working in the LTL industry + Strong interpersonal skills + Solid organizational and analytical skills + Able to multitask and manage deadlines **About the Pricing Analyst job** Pay, benefits and more: + Competitive compensation package + Full health insurance benefits available on day one + Life and disability insurance + Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year + 9 paid company holidays + 401(k) option with company match + Education assistance + Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day: + Review pricing and understand contract and tariff applications + Perform detailed costing analysis and develop pricing options to present to the Sales team for customer negotiations; use different pricing scenarios to rate shipments and compare net results + Conduct revenue management and cost analysis for new and existing customers; review shipping patterns and characteristics to identify opportunities for increased yields, improved network density and reduced costs + Request customer profiles and update cost model accordingly + Understand and utilize the Base V auto rating system, including inputs, capabilities and limitations + Identify rating problems and initiate resolutions to ensure correct invoicing; provide answers and quotes for requests promptly + Perform initial setup of Off Bill Incentive (OBI) programs \#LI-Hybrid **About XPO** XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
