Pricing Analyst II
**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Location/Division Specific Information** Loughborough, UK / Research and Safety Division Discover Impactful Work: The position is fundamentally responsible for handling price support agreements into IBS, whilst processing multiple levels of vendor supported pricing contracts between our vendor partners and our internal customers. The position involves working in a multinational vendor support team alongside our internal and external customers, to create and maintain accurate vendor support data, improve collections on our rebate agreements and identify new opportunities for vendor support. A key role of the Vendor Support Analyst; will be to run automated as well as manual reconciliation reports to acquire the relevant level of data to build, summarise and detail individual vendor claims on a monthly/quarterly basis. A day in the Life: + Utilise key data management skills to map, build and implement rebate contracts, allow effective commercial pricing and reporting. + Rebate recovery: ensure timely credit requests for all claims against pricing contracts. + Work closely with the accounts receivable team to support accurate payment against claims made, whilst supporting any queries linked to the payment. + Maintain anniversary information and work with Sales and Product Management when vendor agreements are due to expire. Keys to Success: **Education** + Preferred University Degree in Maths / Information Technology **Experience** + Experience and competence in commercial operations and data management. + Excellent communication and presentation capabilities whilst working in partnership with multiple partners + Knowledge of developing and implementing standard operating procedures. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Advanced knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Excel. + SQL/SQL Server writing experience preferred + Work effectively at all levels to accomplish internal targets and business goals + Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment + Attention to detail **Competencies** + Embodies the 4-I Values (Acts with integrity.
