How you'll add value

The Pricing Analyst supports the sales teams, implementation, client service and finance throughout the sales process in deal structuring, pricing and contract reviews. This position supports Paycor's rapid growth strategy by accelerating deal velocity while enforcing sound business process controls. This position owns the service agreement signature of the quote process, as well as supporting daily deal flow, and acts as the primary liaison between the sales team and other departments (including but not limited to) Professional Service Organization, Finance, Billing, Product Management, Client Service, and Legal to ensure that deals are processed properly while complying with internal procedures.

Duties and Cor Responsibilities Support the deal creation process, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer requirements, and complete deal value analysis Drive deal closure effectiveness by identifying and implementing process efficiencies through the deal lifecycle Streamline and automate the process for standard and non-standard deal approvals, exception alerts, special terms and complex deal structure Provide recommendations for how the process for standard and non-standard deal approvals, exception alerts, special terms, and complex deal structure can be streamlined and automated. Ensure all client agreements have an approved price model, aligned to quote and contains the appropriate agreements; such as, third party product and referral addendums Define and enforce the escalation approval process for non-standard deals Continuously improve and enhance business processes to drive efficiency throughout the deal lifecycle Responsible for deal escalation to ensure deals move forward and are approved Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales, finance and client service organizations Ad hoc responsibilities to support finance, sales, revenue operations, client services and legal
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor degree preferred-, Economics, Business, Matematics and Finance preferred 2+ years of experience in a deal desk role, pricing, contracts, order management, sales operations or revenue support role Experience working with Conga, DocuSign and SalesForce.com a plus Detail oriented. Strong analytical and data management required Exposure to CPQ tools and Contract Lifecycle Management process preferred Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Dependable with deliverables and deadlines\ Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods, especially end of month   Leading the way with best-in-class benefits.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, $66,600 - $105,164 Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
