Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Pricing and Bid Coordinator role open in Jersey City, NJ! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Pricing & Bids Coordinator with the ability to multi-task. The primary objective of this position is to work with managers to develop pricing strategies for new/existing customers.

 

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00pm.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities

You will:

Work with Managers to develop pricing strategies for new/ existing customersWork with the Pricing Team to formulate responses to pricing requestsComplete solicitations and submitting bidsManage pricing updates for existing customersUpdate daily, weekly and monthly pricing into our systemAble to conduct market research for competitive advantageHandle bid documents including reviewing terms and backgroundContact vendors to get pricing and following up to meet deadlinesForecast future sales pricesSales supportAnalyze profit margin reportsRun monthly sales analysis Qualifications

You have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level experience within distribution industryExperience supporting a sales teamMinimum 1 year experience within an analytical role, demonstrating expert level report analysisExcellent communication and negotiating skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeExcellent with Microsoft Excel and other office 365 products.
