About the Role
Are you an experienced pricing and yield leader with a deep understanding of owned media, traditional media channels, digital media, and revenue optimisation? Do you thrive in data-driven environments and have a track record of driving commercial success in high-revenue media businesses?
As Pricing & Yield Manager at Coles 360, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our retail media monetisation strategy.
We're open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a permanent full time role and we would also consider those looking for part-time at four days per week. Applications close on the 24th of February.

What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies, optimise inventory yield, and drive revenue growth across a multi million dollar media network.
You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Strategy, Digital, Finance, and Technology to ensure pricing structures align with market demand and business objectives. Your expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and competitive benchmarking will be instrumental in maximising the profitability of our media assets.
You'll also
• Develop and implement innovative pricing and yield strategies for Coles 360’s digital and retail media channels.
• Use data-driven insights to optimise inventory performance and increase advertiser demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high-impact advertising bundles and revenue models.
• Analyse market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform strategic pricing decisions.
• Partner with leadership to drive commercial initiatives that enhance profitability.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About you and your skills
You'll bring 8+ years of experience in pricing, yield management, or revenue optimisation within large-scale media, advertising, or retail organisations.
You'll also have
• Proven success in driving revenue growth in high-value media environments
• Expertise in revenue management systems.
• Advanced data analysis and modeling skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive teams.
