Pricing & Business Analyst **Date:** Feb 3, 2025 **Location:** Taipei, TW, 105 **Company:** Corning **Role Purpose** Managing data, designing reports, and creating analyses to support various functional teams in making critical business decisions **Key Responsibilities** + Provide pricing guidance to account managers in different regions – requiring understand product specification, master pricing configurator, ensure integrity, able to work with team, and communicate with various stakeholders + Compile, maintain and analyze data from both internal and external sources to derive pricing tactics towards bidding projects + Manage Pricing and Analytics’ s routine reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) – including collect data, generate (automate where possible) reports, and distribute to key stakeholders + Generate and maintain data that capture wins/losses and supply chains; additionally, generate related reports and analyses to support commercial strategic decisions. + Be responsible to ad-hoc tasks requested by Pricing & Analytics Team, Product Line Managers, and Management Team. **Experiences/Education - Required** + Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics (or equivalent) from top tier programs + 5+ years in commercial, business or finance function; ideally in a position requiring data analysis + Must possess a quantitative approach to analyzing data and solving problems + Must be inquisitive and open to challenging traditional processes and thinking + Ability to present technical analysis to senior level stakeholders + Ability to work independently as well as part of cross functional teams + Competence in programming languages and business intelligence software packages (for e.g.: Tableau,Power BI, Power Query,Python, R) + Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English **Experiences/Education - Desired** + MBA or Master’s degree in related fields is preferred + Knowledge about Automotive or Display industry is appreciated
