Pricing Coordinator
C.H. Robinson is seeking a Pricing Coordinatort to take responsible for fulfilling complex Pricing requests. They will load customer pricing and commitments into C.H. Robinson's pricing tools. This role will understand the entire pricing process and coach Account teams on the processes. At C.H. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy **Responsibilities:** + The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Coordinate, complete, and respond to complex pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers + Ensure compliance with operational tools prior to pricing committed business + Provide notes on complex pricing activity, logging how the pricing was compiled to effectively communicate that information to relevant operations staff upon award + Troubleshoot issues as needed + Partner to run low complexity bids and proposal pricing + Understand pricing processes and responsible for coaching Account Teams + Accountable for the creation and maintenance of operational processes in collaboration with business stakeholders + Develop reporting for their areas of accountability + Maintain a strong understanding of all C.H. Robinson pricing tools & myQ to leverage process and quality + Identify process improvements in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios + Communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders at CHR network offices with the goal of constantly having the most up-to-date pricing for accessorial charges and/or market fluctuations + Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices to provide continuous improvement in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios + Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Site Specific: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university + Minimum of 2 years of customer service, data management, analytics, pricing processes management. + Site Specific: Fluent in English (written and verbal) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Site Specific: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs + Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partner + Effective and flexible communication skills + Ability to multi-task, demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, and adhere to deadlines across multiple requests + Problem solving, critical thinking skills, and ability to make decisions/recommendations + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment **Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer** C.H.
