Pricing Execution Manager

We are currently looking for a Price Execution Manager EMEA for our Refinish Business to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

In this role, you will model and oversee the achievement of price targets and ensure the successful implementation of pricing strategies, from price setting to administration. You will also lead profit improvement initiatives across countries and act as the Subject Matter Expert on key pricing processes, ensuring compliance and harmonization.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure the achievement of price targets, from price setting to transactional price administration, while overseeing strategy implementation.Owns both the Price Analytics Tool (i.e. PAT) and Floor Price Approval and Escalation Tool (i.e. STAR) across EMEA and masters all the pricing and profitability metrics, KPIs and reports developed in those toolsLead commercial initiatives focused on profit improvement and price capture across different countries, aligning with strategic priorities.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on pricing processes, ensuring compliance, alignment, and process harmonization across EMEA.Analyze pricing metrics, identify issues, and implement recovery measures to optimize price delivery and prevent leakages.Integrate pricing KPIs into the Commercial Analytics suite, while developing pricing simulation models and deep-dive analyses.Collaborate with EMEA leadership, country sales teams, and finance to support pricing policies, procedures, and best practice dissemination across channels.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or finance, with proven experience, preferably in the Paint & Coatings and/or Refinish industry.Strong understanding of commercial processes, pricing, and competitive landscape in the Refinish industry, including Gross to Net logic and route-to-market strategies (i.e. B2B vs B2C)Proficient in systems like SAP, BI tools, Tableau, SFDC, and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).Exceptional analytical abilities with confidence in data analysis and business acumen, particularly in pricing framework or quantitative marketing.Strong communication skills (English fluency required, additional languages a plus) and proven interpersonal relationship building, with prior experience in Senior Leadership exposureDemonstrates strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage stakeholder priorities in a complex environment.
