Job Title: Pricing Manager, Logistics

Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC

What will you do?

The Logistics Pricing Manager is responsible for managing the pricing and rating teams. This role involves pricing third-party transportation business, as well as our furniture freight to wholesale customers. The Logistics Pricing Manager is accountable for analysis that affects the financial profitability of Ashley Distribution, providing timely and accurate support to organizational leaders, and maintaining superior records of pricing activities. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to make data-driven recommendations for pricing-related activities.

What do you need?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in pricing and financial analysis, preferably in the transportation industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and software.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Experience in managing and developing a team.

Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
