Pricing Manager


About the Role

As a Pricing Manager you will drive profitability improvement initiatives across the organisation, covering profitability evaluation, analysis & pricing disciplines.

Working as part of the wider business operations function to influence and enhance current working practices as we strive to meet evolving stakeholder requirements. Supporting our commercial organisation to enrich knowledge and pricing behaviour and create a best-in-class environment.

This role offers the chance to showcase your proactive nature, personable approach, and hardworking attitude. You’ll need to be resourceful, solution-oriented, and a team player with excellent commercial acumen.

What you can expect to be doing as a Pricing Manager:

Conducting thorough profitability evaluations and analysis.

Working with sales, commercial, marketing, and global pricing teams to develop promotional pricing strategies.

Providing pricing recommendations and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Supporting Global Pricing Team on dynamic pricing strategies and reporting generation

Providing guidance for commercial on best use of tools/processes to achieve desired pricing (Looking at BI programs outside standard tools)

Preparing detailed reports and presentations on pricing performance and impact.

Supporting our commercial team to elevate pricing knowledge and behaviours.

Monitoring market trends and competitor pricing strategies to adjust pricing as needed.

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:

Demonstrated success in a similar pricing role.

Advanced Excel and Access skills and the ability to handle large quantities of data.

Exceptional focus on accuracy and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Track record of successful negotiations, leading to profitable outcomes.

Ability to think strategically to develop and implement long-term pricing strategies that align with business goals.
