Pricing Manager - Salary of Circa £75,000

A vacancy has arisen within our UK Commercial Lines insurance pricing team at Aviva. We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager to manage the development and implementation of technical and market pricing for Commercial SME products.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to work in an award winning UK Commercial Lines insurance business to drive and influence growth and profit. Working within a team of pricing experts, you will be responsible for delivering robust and accurate technical pricing and market pricing on commercial lines of business and for developing and improving the analytical framework that supports this. If you have experience in pricing Commercial SME or Personal lines products and have directly managed or mentored junior colleagues, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:

As a Pricing Manger, you will mentor, support and develop a team to ensure wellbeing and intelligently achieve appropriate customer outcomes, along with working closely with colleagues from across the business to identify the right opportunities to achieve profitable growth and deliver for our customers. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Ability to manage and prioritise workload with business objectives 

Lead others with a focus on people development & building capability 

Experience of effective stakeholder engagement and management 

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data science and GI Insurance pricing platforms

Ability to work in a smart manner and as part of a team

Salary circa £75,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
