The Pricing Manager oversees the pricing and implementation of price strategies for HVACR products. The primary responsibilities of this role include collaborating with the business to develop pricing strategies, conducting price analyses and reporting, and leading price increases.  The person in this position will also guide the HVACR pricing analysts and support the HVACR forecasting process by supplying price details.

As a Pricing Manager You Will:

Develop pricing excellence capabilities and deliver strategic pricing plans and initiatives to drive operational improvement.Collaborate closely with sales and product planning teams to develop coordinated pricing strategies, identify new business/pricing opportunities, and communicate pricing rationale across the business, for new product launches and other activities.Build, maintain and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) of product/pricingIdentify price leakage opportunities and develop remedies and prevention measuresDefine and handle pricing policy. Establish and handle adherence to policy and delegation of pricing authority.Implement price actions based on contractual agreements and business conditions.Develop sophisticated price analyses to drive pricing initiatives.Lead efforts to improve overall pricing processes using global pricing best practices.Manage HVACR RFQ activities to deliver quotes within 24 hours.Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business activities.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of shown experienceStrong leadership and social skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated customer-centric focus and responsivenessOutstanding proficiency in spreadsheet applications

Preferred Education and Experience:

Knowledge of Oracle Order Management applications including Oracle Sophisticated PricingFamiliarity with data analytical tools (Sigma)

Flexible Work Schedule – Hybrid Work Option and Core Hours 

This role has the flexibility of a hybrid work from home option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

About Our Location 

Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions.
