Job role
The role implies shaping and and executing our service pricing strategy.
What you will do
• Works under immediate supervision of Head of Business Transformation Unit and in collaboration with the Head of Finance and the service delivery function;
• Leads the development and execution of pricing strategies across several service areas.
• Build and implement pricing principles and methodologies utilizing industry best practices;
• Develop pricing recommendations for transaction, project, FTE blended pricing, or any other commercial constructs that would be needed in alignment with the solutions developed by the business;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and execute the pricing initiatives.
• Assist the executive management team in achieving target price and profitability requirements through continuous feedback on overall cost impacts, solution alternatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers
• Identify marketing strategies to increase profits
• Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends
• Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase
• Other operational responsibilities might occur, in line with the service line coordinated
What you bring
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in the services/BPO industry;
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful B2B pricing strategies in a competitive market.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis and data-driven pricing decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
• Strong organizational, planning and structuring skills;
• Fluent in English, must be able to hold presentations and lead meetings in English;
• Experience in working in multicultural environments, especially in joint off shoring & on shoring delivery models.
