What you’re responsible for: Promotion Planning: + Collaborate with the sales and commercial planning manager to ensure the seamless submission of all promotion requests, strictly adhering to established processes and approval protocols. + Systematically organize all requisite documentation for promotion requests, including Promotional ROI documents, and maintain a meticulously structured log of all promotions, encompassing vital details. + Develop and sustain a real-time 'price discount' tracker to actively monitor promotional expenditure, acting as an invaluable reference for P&L simulations. Pricing and Promotion Execution: + Oversee pricing for all products on client eCommerce, diligently tracking and implementing pricing changes in close collaboration with the team. + Engage closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, supply chain, product management, and platform teams, to ensure the seamless execution of promotional activities across all Samsung Direct-to-Consumer channels (Samsung.com, Samsung Exclusive Stores, Samsung B2B eCommerce). + Facilitate seamless communication with the legal team to secure requisite approvals for promotions and marketing messages well before the scheduled go-live date. + Collaborate effectively with the team to facilitate the efficient management of governance processes and overall procedures for introducing offers, coupons, and promotions to the market. Promotions Postmortem: + Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses of promotions/events, strategically mapping and scrutinizing results to extract actionable insights on the efficacy of promotions. + Maintain an up-to-the-minute performance tracker that not only records past achievements but also serves as a strategic guide for future promotional planning endeavors.
