Job Title: Pricing Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Representative who will maintain data integrity and consistency by ensuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP. The ideal candidate will conduct daily pricing audits in VIP, comparing pricing alert forms, and perform random audits to ensure all data is accurate and up to date. This role requires strong Excel skills to manipulate, validate, and analyze large sets of data using various statistical and mathematical models.

ResponsibilitiesConduct daily pricing audits in VIP, comparing to pricing alert forms.Perform random audits of VIP to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.Manipulate, validate, and creatively analyze large sets of data using various statistical and mathematical models.Ensure that all pricing strategies are adhered to.Manage new item setup within VIP SRS and ensure accurate reporting in iDig.Act as a support resource for iDig/SRS/KARMA.Manage daily VIP help and VIP disputes.Ensure Karma Call points are up to date with buyer data and audited monthly.Manage chain creations, mergers, distributor setups, and related employee assignments to VIP & SAP via DSD Change forms.Guide and train a team of pricing representatives.Streamline and implement more efficient ways to complete tasks for pricing representatives.Brainstorm and develop more efficient work processes for the department.Essential SkillsStrong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data entry. (Must Have)Experience in pricing, purchasing, customer service, auditing, reconciliation, accounting, and general ledger or Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Power User Excel 2016.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the corporate office and 2 days remote.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
