What you will do:
Contribute to the overall coordination of the pricing policy.Price data entry for all divisional Products actively sold.Maintain accurate records and updates of price lists (Oracle system) in accordance with all contract management activities and in close collaboration with T&C Team.Update the correct price in the systems (local tender tool and ERP) based on the checks carried out.Creation of customer-specific price lists related to new contracts and public tenders.Prevent, investigate and resolve invoice disputes related to pricing/contracts using preventive process of prices check, according with the local procedure of which is owner.Communicate with customers and provide customized pricing master data.Support the divisional Sales & Marketing teams with entering new items in active contracts with price uploading or price updates.Support in verifying the proper execution of the local contracts, rebates & discount policies.Export price lists, validate products in/out of scope (after Product Manager maintenance in the official Master data, calculate impact, develop and upload new general/customized master data.Support and enable the product pricing integration of newly acquired companies.Develop close and strong collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders for example;Tenders & Contracts managerCustomer Service teamSales & marketing teamsAccounts Receivable & finance teamCustomersSupports the divisions with data to drive divisional and cross divisional pricing strategies.Production of customer-specific-pricelists at start of new contracts and for external pricing platforms.Resolves issues with pricing, contracts and commercial operations.Supports the Sales Managers and salesforce in pricing strategy, account plans, contract matters and offers, using information available.Provides training on pricing to the sales teams to help drive better value deals.Provide support at the discount policy level as owner of the local process.Provides SOX controls in close collaboration with Finance (monthly or with a different timeline requested).Supports the tenders and contracts team with annual contract CPI (Contract Prices Indexation) related clauses and calculations with tools available.What you need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in the medical healthcare sector.Degree or master’s degree in law, marketing, business or equivalent qualification.Excellent PC skills.Good knowledge of Office Suite and in particular Excel.Good familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle and CRM such as Salesforce.Good knowledge of PowerBI.Requirements that can constitute added value:
previous experience in corrective or strategic pricing.good knowledge of the English language.good knowledge of FBK Contract Manager.good knowledge of the procurement law.Travel Percentage: None
