Roles and Responsibilities:
In charge of processing contract changes and updates in Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) business units.Responsible with the day-to-day processing of fee changes in Apollo and updating the required revenue and discounts in Salesforce.Prepares repricing letters for active contracts in Signature, Marketing and Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS proposals and contracts.Ensures the accuracy of fee calculations using various pricing tools or models.Works closely with North America Business Unit, Account Executives, Client Account Representatives (CAR), Sales Support Specialists, Advisor Support, Plan Implementation Managers (PIM), and Fee Associates in handling requests coming from their respective queues.Responsible in ensuring service level agreement (SLA) for each business unit is met.Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):
Strong analytical skills and attention to detailsPossesses a strong sense of accountability and commitment to qualityExcellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to succinctly engage with business partners and team membersStrong capability to adhere to established procedures and protocols by reading and following process documentsSalesforce and Apollo knowledge is an advantage but not requiredBasic computer skills particulary with MS Outlook and MS ExcelHas no recent record of any performance and attendance issues nor any disciplinary actions receivedWhen you join our team:
