Ecolab is searching for a driven Support Supervisor for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India.
This supervisory role has a team of associates who perform a variety of support related activities, including handling of inbound and outbound support to distributors and Ecolab associates in various roles throughout the organization. Some activities include account alignment set up, customer agreement eligibility notification, misaligned field sales corrections, missing sales concerns, sales split set up and maintenance, various types of disputes/inquires. Incoming requests are sent to a shared email box or call center. This role requires general supervision. Leads and directs finance admin positions. Reports to Manager.

What You Will Do:
Effectively manages the processes and associates to consistently deliver timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels
Ensure timely and accurate handling of inbound/outbound communication to Ecolab’s distributor partners, sales field, and other internal support teams
Address escalated issues from the Sales Field, Division Finance and Marketing, Credit, Ecolab’s Distributor Partners, and Finance Administrative Specialists
Maintain and create departmental standard operating procedures while ensuring Pricing activities are in accordance with desktop procedures
Provide high-level of Supervisor support to enable a high performing team
Ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing to Distributor Partners
Coordinate and administer annual buy price change across divisions
Perform pricing approval timely & ensure proper distributor notice
Complete new distributor set up, set program refund conditions
Complete Analytical Support related to Pricing Activities
Clearly articulates the business direction and ensures it is understood and embraced by team
Drive team engagement - attract, develop, and retain high-potential associates
Develop and report on team and individual performance metrics
Strong focus on continuous process improvement, collaboration, and change adaptation
Drive results through building effective working relationships with other departments, divisions, and distributor partners
Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication
Provide necessary support to execute key business led initiatives
Ensure reoccurring audit completion related to Pricing & Support Activities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics
4 Years of business-related experience
2 years Supervisory experience
Proven analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills
Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented
Previous experience in leading people and/or projects
Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to create, implement and continuously improve and optimize processes in a changing environment
Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
