We are looking for:

As the Pricing Team Lead,  you will lead the Pricing team to ensure day to day operational execution of the Pricing process for all businesses in scope. You will be responsible for recruiting and training team members. You will participate in defining KPI metrics (internal/external) and will be accountable for achieving KPI targets and objectives. You will need to drive customer focus, high performance standard and continuous improvement mindset in the team

Managing the day-to-day activities of a Pricing team, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and objectives are achieved Recruiting and training team members, ensuring employee engagement and motivation Working with businesses in scope to develop and optimize Pricing processes to meet the business needs and promote best practices Maintaining all Pricing documentation, policies and procedures Identifying gaps in the processes and propose solutions, participate or lead Pricing related projects

 

You will bring:

2 to 4 years experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject Confirmed supervisory and people management experience Essential Skills Fluent/Native English Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills Acute customer centricity Strong analytical and prioritizing skills Proactive mindset and problem solving attitude Adaptability and flexibility, ability to work in a fast moving environment Ability to manage projects Microsoft Excel / Google Suite proficiency SAP and SalesForce knowledge preferred
