**Position Description**
Delancey Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in providing exceptional same-day/urgent patient care in the ambulatory setting. The practice currently offers Primary Care services for adult patients at three locations in Philadelphia: Penn Medicine Washington Square, located at 8th and Walnut Streets, Penn Medicine Rittenhouse, located at 18th and South Streets, and Constitution Health Plaza, located at the corner of South Broad Street and Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia. The group consists of 15 physicians and 6 APPs. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.
The new hire will focus on same-day/urgent visits. The schedule will be primarily weekday, dayshifts with support for after-hours and call as needed.
**Minimum Requirements**
Nurse Practitioner candidates must be licensed (or license eligible) to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing with appropriate Nurse Practitioner Certification (Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner).
Physician Assistant candidates must be licensed (or license eligible) to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a Master's or Doctoral degree.
A minimum of 3 years of Advanced Practice experience is required, preferably in the primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine setting.
