Practice Description Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Maplewood. Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age, socioeconomic status and culture. 15 provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite. Patient encounters average 14-18 patients per day. Call Frequency: approximately 1:9 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage Openings: .80 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
