Allegheny Health Network’s Primary Care Institute is seeking a full-time remote family physician to provide virtual care for Erie and surrounding rural locations. Join our practices with access to extended care teams -- behavioral health, pharmacist, and dietitian providers -- and provide excellent, comprehensive primary care from your home.
Job Duties:
Conduct telemedicine visits (acute and chronic condition management as appropriate) for all ages
Assist with inbasket coverage when needed
Occasional call duties (phone only)
Collaborate with team members, including other physicians, APPs, behavioral health consultants, dietitians and social workers to provide comprehensive primary care
Remote hours and schedule to be determined
Virtual participation in division meetings and collaboration with practices in the region
Qualifications
Must be board certified in Family Medicine
Must have at least 3 years of in-person clinical practice.
Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
DEA required prior to employment.
