Responsibilities Responsible for the operations, personnel, and financial management of assigned physician offices as established by departmental guidelines. Supports the physician offices in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through daily operations management. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field of study Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree Three (3) or more years of directly related healthcare experience Two (2) or more years in a supervisory capacity Preferred Job Requirements Master's degree
