As a Primary Care Partner you are the leader of your dedicated territory/area and with that, responsible and accountable for end-to-end customer management, creating a positive experience for them and  patients, driving forward commercial opportunities, in line with the business and portfolio priorities that are set by the Customer and Disease Area Squads, whilst ensuring Roche meets its financial ambitions.

The Opportunity

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by growing market share and driving product adoption within your assigned territory.

Engage with HCPs to deliver scientific, up-to-date, and ethical promotions of Roche’s patient solutions, ensuring high-impact interactions.

Maintain and continuously update segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer needs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Act as the primary point of contact for HCPs, identifying customer needs, adjusting strategies, and providing valuable feedback to improve engagement.

Monitor financial important metrics (sales, profitability, market share, competition) and proactively share insights with business and finance partners.

Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.

Ensure compliance with Roche’s values, policies, and local healthcare regulations while maintaining excellence in commercial practices.

Who You Are

Hold a university degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Have 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Diabetes Care, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving market growth.

Excel in customer engagement, with strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, and are a key user of digital tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Salesforce to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Are a strategic problem solver with a commercial approach, able to find opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement business plans effectively.

Are fluent in Greek and proficient in English, with the ability to navigate both local and global business environments.
