Primary Care Physician
This position is for a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy to work in CCC’s Primary Care department with a primary assignment at the Blackburn Center. This position provides primary, urgent and acute care to a population of low-income adults with a broad range of physical, behavioral and social conditions. Successful applicants will understand the value of harm reduction and low-barrier buprenorphine prescribing and will be flexible and responsive to highly vulnerable patients. Demonstrated skills in primary care medicine and licensure to practice medicine in Oregon is required of all applicants. * Monday - Friday, no weekends * Average patient volume per day is 22-25 * License to practice medicine as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in Oregon * Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine * New graduates are encouraged to apply! * Must have full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number * Generous paid time off plan beginning at 4 weeks per year at the time of hire. The two-story, 40,000-square-foot health clinic provides comprehensive case management and integrated housing and clinical services, with a focus on addiction recovery, mental health and primary care.
