**Dignity Health Medical Group - North State** is a premiere, 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Northern California, with care centers in Redding, Red Bluff, and Corning, CA. We are a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California. Dignity Health Solano Street Medical Clinic is a rural health clinic under the umbrella of St Elizabeth Community Hospital, the only hospital in Tehama County. We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine), who would develop a full scope practice in Corning, CA. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Solano Street Medical Clinic is an integrative multi-specialty clinic providing services for Primary Care, Acute Care/Walk-in, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Laboratory. The Solano Street Medical Clinic provides about 9.500 patient encounters annually and is ranked as one of the top scoring facilities in quality metrics for the CommonSpirit California Region. The clinic boasts a desirable Monday-Friday, 40 hour work week, while observing all major holidays.

**Responsibilities**
**Patient Care:**
+ Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
+ Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
**Communication:**
+ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
+ Provide clear and concise medical information.
+ Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
**Documentation:**
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
+ Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
+ Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
**Diagnostic Procedures:**
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
+ Perform procedures as needed
+ Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
**Team Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
+ Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
**Quality Improvement:**
+ Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
+ Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
+ Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
**Compliance:**
+ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
+ Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
**Continuous Learning:**
+ Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
+ Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
+ Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
**Qualifications**
+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license
+ Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
+ This position is eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship.
**Pay Range**
$118.63 - $142.68 /hour
