Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician - Primary Care Safety Net to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.  Located just 15 minutes from NYC, Lincoln is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University.

Opportunity Details:

Comprehensive primary care position delivering services to patients with complex social, medical and behavioral health needs experiencing homelessness. Time will be split between Safety Net clinic and SHOW van which provides mobile medical services within the community. Safety net clinic operates within Lincoln Hospital providing comprehensive care with interdisciplinary team for individuals with complex medical and mental health needs experiencing homelessness. SHOW van is a mobile medical unit providing medical, mental health and concrete services within the community.
