Summary of Role:

Review and analyze Sales metrics (Revenue & Design Wins) on a weekly basis with the Regional Sales team to assess performance against Quarterly targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

Review and analyze Sales metrics (Revenue & Design Wins) on a weekly basis with the Regional Sales team to assess performance against Quarterly targets. Partner with the US Sales Operations Senior Manager and Sales Region Heads to prepare and present Monthly Sales Performance reports to Senior Leadership. Work with individual Account Managers to track and drive closure of any gaps to their Sales targets on a Weekly basis. Coordinate and facilitate rollout and subsequent tracking of any Sales initiatives for the US Region (Pricing Changes, Receivables Reduction, etc.). Partner with Global Commercial Operations team to continuously improve: i) Sales Workflow Management, ii) Sales Planning & Reporting tools (Kinaxis, Salesforce, PowerBI) with the goal of maximizing the Effectiveness and Productivity of the Sales team. Minimal travel required 10% of time approximately (5% domestic, 5% international).

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Education - Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Engineering Management, or a related field of study.Experience – 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience as Business Associate, Consultant or Specialist. Must have experience with Business analytics and 1 year of experience in: (1) Sales Planning & Reporting tools (Kinaxis, Salesforce and PowerBI); (2) Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior leadership; (3) Assisting in cross functional activities across organization under guidance of senior managers (4) Quarterly metrics assessment for the organization.

Experience might be gained through education, internship or teaching.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $103,265– $120,700

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
