Position Summary
The role of the Primary Support Engineer, SAP Logistics SD/MM, (Remote Malaysia) is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting of multiple Client Architectures, and implementations for our global clients who use R/3 4.x, ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
Language and location: Thai language with English must and location Malaysia. Willing to travel onsite for the end user training to Thailand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technologyWork closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.Provide remote-based functional support & training for your specialist SAP modules Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices adviceDevelop application break fixes for critical product defectsCreate scripts to identify, analyse and correct data issuesManage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical/functional adviserProvide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivityCollaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situationsContribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.Translate the training documents provided by Client’s team partner into Thai language.Conduct one (1) week of on-site End User Training: training documents walkthrough including questions and answers (Q&A) for SD/MM module based on the training documents given by Client’s implementation partner to Client’s SD/MM users.Provide two (2) weeks of on-site Go Live support together with the Client’s appointed third-party implementation partner.Review and monitor the post go live issues to be resolved by Client’s appointed third-party implementation partner and explain the resolution to Client’s SD/MM users.Take on the implementation project hand-over SD/MM knowledge sharing from Client’s appointed third-party implementation partner before implementation project closure for future application management services (AMS) support and Client’s future roll out.Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Education
Experience
10+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with SAP Logistics with SD/MM modules. Hands-on experience supporting in SAP production systems. Excellent communication skills are mandatory as this position will be speaking with customers directly. Excellent working knowledge of Sales and Distribution and Logistics modules. Experience in Sales and Distribution, Functional expertise - Configuration expertise in the areas of Order Management, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Output determination, transfer of requirements, Availability check, Credit Management, Rebate Processing, Batch Management, EDI, Inter Company Business Process, Returns Processing, Procurement, Inventory, MRP, Pricing Routines, Sales Deals, Master Data, MTO order processing, Partner, Text & Output determination, Configuration of Order to Cash cycle, Stock Transport Order, Intercompany, interfaces, Customer Returns, Contracts.Experience in Material management - Functional expertise -Configuration/Enhancements/interfaces of all Purchasing and Material management, inventory processes and have a thorough understanding of complete process flows of Material management. Ability to troubleshoot various issues across SD/MM modules with knowledge of other integration modules like fico/pp/debugging etc.Skills

The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across releases (R/3 4.x & ECC, Enterprise Portal 5.x, 6.x, & 7.x4.x, NW 2004s, ECC, Netweaver 7.x, S/4 Hana) including proficiency with SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements, integration with other modules and knowledge of underlying technologyKnowledge of additional SAP Industry Solutions would be an advantageKnowledge of any Country Specific Solutions would be an advantageA consulting background, while not mandatory, would be usefulExperience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage.Language and location: Thai language with English must and location Malaysia.
