Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist I to join our team. The Primary Therapist I will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
- Stay informed about best practices and new developments in the field of mental health therapy.
