Expected salary range of $141,300 to $157,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position provides fleet wide support for the functional area of Outage Management. Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of stations outage process/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for forced, planned, and refueling outages while ensuring shutdown safety, ALARA practice, and procedure adherence. Conducts reviews on the implementation of the outage programs and processes including observations made during the execution of the outage. G&O not limited to outage management but also crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for pre-outage preparation and execution. Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Supports Director of Outage Management and Alliances with peer team and business plan initiatives. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of stations outage process/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for forced, planned, and refueling outages while ensuring shutdown safety, ALARA practice, and procedure adherence. Grades site performance against established criteria. + G&O not limited to outage management but also crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for pre-outage preparation and execution Provide corporate support for the outage plan and schedule preparation and execution. + Conducts reviews on the implementation of the outage programs and processes including observations made during the execution of the outage. Provides insight through reporting of site performance to corporate leadership as required. Leads various teams in corporate challenges on scope determination and scope control for the upcoming unit outage by reviewing commitments, long range plan, modification/project schedules, preventive maintenance backlogs, schedule maintenance and quality, and priorities. + Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Ensure corporate outage procedures are maintained current. Manages Exelon Fleet outage lessons learned, Industry meetings and working groups such as BWROG, EPRI, and INPO. + Supports the Director of Outage Management and Alliances with Peer team and business plan initiatives. + Oversight to ensure the stations outage plan and schedule is executed in accordance with technical specification compliance while maintaining shutdown safety consistent with station procedures, processes and goals. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Four year technical or business degree with a minimum of eight years nuclear power plant experience OR In lieu of degree, minimum 12 years nuclear power plant experience + Minimum five years' experience performing scheduling activities for Maintenance or Operations **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Current or previous SRO license or certification + Technical BS Degree + Shutdown Safety Program knowledge + FLS / managerial experience + Expert level working knowledge of Passport / P6 Constellation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
