Mission & Goals
As a Principal Email Marketing Specialist, your mission is to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities through innovative and data-driven email marketing strategies. You will craft compelling campaigns that enhance the customer experience, boost conversions, and maximize global email-driven revenue.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will deliver high-impact email marketing initiatives that not only meet business objectives but also create meaningful interactions with millions of users worldwide.

Objectives
Drive Retention & Cross-Sell Campaigns – Create engaging email strategies that boost customer loyalty and conversions.
Leverage Data & Optimize Performance – Use A/B testing and analytics to refine campaigns and maximize impact.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work with product, design, marketing, and local experts to deliver targeted, high-performing emails.
Own Sales & Forecasting – Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategy execution to drive revenue growth.
Competencies:
Email Marketing & E-Commerce Expertise – 5+ years of experience in online marketing, sales, or e-commerce, with a strong focus on email campaigns.
Data Analysis & Technical Skills – Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with analytical tools, plus a basic understanding of HTML and SQL
Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Creative Problem-Solving – Out-of-the-box thinker who develops customer-centric concepts and innovative marketing strategies.
Sales & Performance Mindset – Goal-driven with a strong sales orientation and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
Proactive Execution – Self-starter who brings fresh ideas to life with independence and initiative.
Effective Communication – Fluent in professional English, ensuring clear and impactful messaging across teams and campaigns.
