Responsibilities:
Perform Test Execution and Report defects.Participate actively in the defect resolution and retest process with scrum teams and external teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.Develop Test Scenarios and Test Cases effectively/independently.Write robust automated tests for high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers.Work iteratively with Scrum team members to clarify functional requirements, determine testing and test automation requirements, and provide feedback on design solutions (functional and technical).Evaluate and use industry standard and approved open-source test framework, tools for improving productivity and product quality.Demonstrate Sense of Ownership and be responsible for quality of the product.Create and manage test plans and deliverablesAbility to work late-hours or early mornings as needed to support or attend meetings with global teamExceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in software testing and development.Must have experience testing in a client-server environmentMust have experience testing from Windows/Mac/Mobile applications in real and virtual environments Extensive experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.Proficiency in object-oriented programming, such as Java, as well as scripting in Groovy (via SoapUI/ReadyAPI) and Linux command-line.Strong expertise in testing and automating SOAP, REST and GraphQL services using tools such as SOAPUI, ReadyAPI, Postman and REST-Assured.Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, and GitHub.Experience working in AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud is a plusProficiency in SQL databases, with a preference for Oracle and Postgres.Experience working in Agile development processes and environments.#LI-AS1
