Role overview
You will hold a leadership role in the corporate strategy practice with responsibility for project delivery, business development, and practice improvement.
You will actively contribute to delivery of our central offers supporting clients to make better commercial decisions by addressing organisational, operational, and information challenges. Deploying your expertise in strategy development, data analysis, and business transformation, you will help clients develop preferrable futures and define the requirements to make them real.
Your impact will be felt across three areas:

What will I be doing?
As a senior member of the wider Strategy3 team, you will have significant opportunities to shape our business covering everything from client pursuits to offer development.
Day-to-day you can expect to be:
Winning and delivering work
You will build relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted partner for corporate strategy and business transformation projects Leading teams on proposals and pitches, bringing fresh thinking that ensures a distinctive perspective on client challenges Working with teams across Ipsos to define client requirements, design and deliver solutions Augmenting our credibility as client’s go-to partner for strategy and transformation projectsDeveloping our business
Contributing to or leading on our offer development, drawing on the depth of your experience in strategy and transformation Playing a key role in our marketing activities, planning and facilitating events, presenting at client sessions and leading on thought leadership pieces that promote Strategy3 in the market. Contributing to the development of our external reputation in the strategy and transformation spaceCoaching and developing team
Managing team members both directly and across projects to provide delivery support and career development advice Setting clear expectations and providing regular and timely feedback to colleagues throughout the life of projects to support continuous learning and improvement.Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
What do I need to bring with me?
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analysis, problem-solving, and consulting skills and an ability to apply them across internal and external contexts.
Specifically, we’re looking for:
Deep corporate strategy and transformation consulting experience – including analysis, evaluation, decision architecture and recommendation development, Commercial acumen and critical thinking Strong client and project management with the ability to manage multiple project teams Demonstrated leadership skills Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbalCritically important is the ability to work with teams, both internal and client, to wring clarity from ambiguity, identify opportunities, and define the requirements to make them real.
