As lead SiC EPI process engineer, you will be responsible for working with the SiC Epi Director in the coordination of program activities as assigned. Apply technical knowledge in SiC epitaxy and growth reactors to help improve epitaxial layer uniformity and defectivity. Use statistical packages such as JMP to track these layer attributes. Help identify and develop epitaxial metrology methods. The successful candidate will also work with AMD/WBE work partners including engineers, planners, technicians, procurement, and other team members to plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate the assigned programs. You will be working with external vendors to identify solutions to meet timely product requirements for various applications.
Education:
Phd degree in Chemistry, Physics or Engineering
Experience:
At least 10 years in related experience in a global organization including at least 5 years specific experience in SiC epitaxy, process, equipment and characterization.
