**Overview**
**THE ROLE:**
The Principal Global People Analytics will be responsible for supporting HR and business strategy with data driven solutions and deliver compelling stories to influence business decisions. The Principal Global People Analytics will need to have the ability to interpret results using from simple data aggregation, statistical analysis to complex data mining. This position will also be responsible for data quality, expanding reporting, building dashboard and providing training to an ever-growing population of users. We are looking for an individual who can solve problems using a hypothesis-driven approach, deliver compelling stories, and consultatively work with leaders to drive solutions impacting business outcomes.
**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:**
+ Consult with stakeholders to design projects that will deliver meaningful insights.
+ Deliver key insights from HR and business data analysis for projects and initiatives.
+ Analyze results, prepare comparative data, create reports, and assist with workforce projects.
+ Deliver key insights from HR and business data analysis for projects and initiatives.
+ Performs complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources.
+ Retrieve data from Core HR systems using relational databases.
+ Documents functionality and procedure manuals for all applications and databases.
+ Identifies opportunities for enhanced data tracking and capturing of data to further support HR strategic & organizational goals.
+ Partner with HR Technology team to ensure data integrity across all systems.
+ Leverage data from various HR systems and understand system integrations.
**WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:**
We are a Global People Analytics team,supporting HR initiatives across various markets globally including North America, Mexico, China, India, Europe & Africa & International (APAC, SAMCAM & RSM).
You get to drive standardization and harmonization as we work on using global processes and systems to drive HR innovation
**Qualifications**
**SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:**
_Skills:_
+ Bias towards action and ability to iterate toward solutions.
+ Skill in communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
+ Experience with statistical and data mining techniques (e.g., Classification Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regression Analysis).
+ Proficiency in statistical tools such as Python and R.
+ Intermediate SQL query skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Excel).
+ Familiarity with common HR processes (e.g., Performance, Compensation, Benefits).
+ Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style.
_Experience:_
+ 6+ years of People Analytics experience
+ 6+ years of data analytics and reporting experience
+ 3+ years of SQL experience
+ 5+ experience with multiple data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau or Power of BI and Visier preferred); experience with a scripting language (Python or R) is a plus
+ Experience with Oracle HCM for reporting or similar system
+ Experience in operating across the full lifecycle of analytics projects - requirements gathering, data collection, data cleansing, analysis, visualization, QA/QC, and deployment
+ Experience developing simple to complex HR reports and dashboards using data from multiple HR data sources.
_Education:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
+ Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Design/Development/Behavior, or related field (Preferred)
+ 2+ years of experience applying statistical methods such as regression, forecasting, longitudinal analysis, classification, dimension reduction, clustering, etc.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
+ Working knowledge of SuccessFactors
