L3Harris is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to join the corporate HR team. This role will support multiple functions and directly impact the business.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner providing broad based Human Resource counsel and assistance to employees at all levels within corporate functions, specifically within the IT Function supporting the Chief Information Officer and hierarchy.Provide support to business areas to facilitate meeting business objectives.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Talent Management including Staffing, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Employee Development. Will also provide coaching and guidance related to Compensation.Provide counsel to management in developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.Performs project management duties and team facilitation.Partners with legal and ethics counsel on employee dispositions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience in HR, Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience in HR. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in HR10 or more years of HR generalist experience, with increasing scope and responsibility, and supporting various levels within the organizationPreferred Additional Skills:
