Job Description:

The Principal, Lean Enablement is responsible for driving the continued focus of establishing the Lean mindset and practices across the Enterprise Operations Group. In this role, you will build on the success of the recently established Lean program by developing and delivering training programs to sustain the initial workshops and introduce new concepts for continued growth. Additionally, you will lead the creation of a Six Sigma Certification program to grow our Green Belt and Executive Black Belt to foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Training: Design and conduct Lean training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring they understand and can apply Lean principles and tools; including supporting the existing workshop delivery and creation/delivery of new concepts 

Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to teams and individuals to support the implementation of Lean initiatives 

Six Sigma Certification Program: Collaborate with Quality Black Belts to create and facilitate Green Belt and Executive Black Belt programs 

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of Lean learning initiatives and identify areas for further improvement 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Lean practices into daily operations and strategic planning 

Change Management: Support the organization in managing change effectively, ensuring that Lean initiatives are embraced and sustained in a cross-functional environment

Job Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma 

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Lean Six Sigma implementation and continuous improvement, preferably in a transactional or service environment 

Lean Six Sigma certification required 

Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to lead and influence others, and proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving 

Learning & Development 

Minimum of 5 years' experience training delivery, public speaking, or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment 

Minimum of 5 years' experience demonstrating adult learning principles, practices, and techniques in a corporate environment 

Skills & Abilities 

Proven strong organizational, time management, and project management skills 

Researches and shares new approaches and techniques  

Passionate about continuous improvement, proactive, adaptable, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment 

Education & Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Learning & Development, Communications, English, or equivalent experience required 

Previous experience in the mortgage, enterprise data, real estate, or insurance industries desired
