The NA AMZL Supply Chain organization leads the innovation of Amazon’s Last Mile. We are an Operations org that hires and manages associates to deliver packages next day and sub-same day. Our key vision is to transform the online experience by enabling ultra-fast delivery at lower cost possible. We’re growing in scale and volume, by orders of magnitude. The Execution and Planning Science (EPS) team sits within NA AMZL Supply Chain with the mission to build world-class automated Science-Tech products that enable ultra-fast delivery speeds for Amazon customers and job market opportunities for Amazon associates. We are team of Scientists, Engineers and Tech leaders who invent and implement scalable algorithms for automated decision making in the Operations space.

You will develop Science-Tech solutions to craft business strategy and roadmap to enable some of Amazon’s biggest brands to delight millions of customers. To succeed, we need senior technical leaders to forge a path into the future by building innovative, maintainable, and scalable systems.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Tech to drive delivery of science and software solutions, focused on LLM Planning Assistant and Network Flow Optimization. You will work with scientists and engineers inside and outside of our team, and partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders across multiple organizations. You will be a single-threaded owner for some of our highest-impact, most complex, cross-org Science Products.
Key job responsibilities
• Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp Science product strategies and roadmaps
• Lead definition Science products vision, own the 3-5-year strategic direction and long-term roadmap for a suite of products
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Science strategy and framework for building planner and associate customer-centric models.
• Connect the dots across multiple internal teams on strategic decisions or new solutions, to ensure cohesive Supply Chain strategies, communication, and alignment where needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to better leverage LLM, and GenAI capabilities or enhancements
• Serve as the primary liaison between marketing leadership and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for Supply Chain stakeholders.
