Job Title: Principal, Program Finance Job Code: 21338 Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Schedule: 9/80, 1st shift Job Description: This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager of EVMS Compliance and will be a member of the team responsible for supporting programs with EVMS requirements to include providing support and mentorship on the implementation of EVM practices and established programs processes. Essential Functions + Manage the system administration tasks of the division’s EVMS Toolset, EAC workflows, and the associated SAP interfaces + Coordinate with IT on bug fixes and system enhancements + Responsible for issuing and managing the closure of help tickets with the software vendors + Work with analysts and system SuperUsers to solve programmatic system issues + Ensure the EVMS Toolset is operating efficiently to meet program reporting deadlines + Provide training on system processes and features + Develop and provide solutions for system issues + Responsible for the EVMS Toolset IT SOX Compliance requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: + Master’s degree preferred. + Aerospace and Defense Industry experience a must. + Excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate information to customers as well as the program management team and senior management + Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) a must. + System administration experience a must. + Self-motivated with a strong knowledge of EVMS, Deltek Tools, and SAP #LI-CJ1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
