As a Project Manager at Power Integrations, you will manage all activities for your assigned development projects in order to achieve the technical, commercial and quality targets in line with the Power Integrations development policies and methodologies.More specifically, you willSteer the initiation and execution of multiple complex projects and lead the project teams.Align and coordinate the activities of the internal and external suppliers in order to ensure that they deliver the required products/services according to the specifications.Define the resources needed to execute your project
Your profileAn engineering master’s degree in an electronic field.You have at least 8 years’ experience in managing complex projects involving semiconductor electronics.In depth understanding of manufacturing flow and turn-around times for semiconductor devices (Fabrication, ATE, Test, Assembly).Experience in automotive and/or power electronics is considered a plus.Leadership & result oriented.Effective internal and external communication skills, at various organizational levels.You have a strong risk mindset and ability to balance potential risks versus time and money.You are willing to travel.You are fluent in Business English; every additional European language is considered a plus.Prior success in high volume silicon NPI.Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $183,365 - $263,639. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
