The Strategic Financial Initiatives team supports NEER Finance in developing, evaluating, and optimizing strategies to ensure the financial success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing presentation materials, and driving execution on a range of strategic projects. You will work alongside our collaborative, cross-functional team and across business units to provide actionable insights to senior leaders. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior experience in corporate finance and/or accounting + Strong analytical skills including strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to create financial / valuation models, analyze large data sets, and prepare accurate and timely reports + Strong communication skills – interpersonal as well as the ability to prepare presentations in a clear and structured manner + Thrive in a high-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities + Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude **Job Overview** This position works with internal and external groups to perform due diligence and asset valuations of various corporate financing projects.
