You’ll work on our world class GTM Enablement team to help develop best practices for our Technical Sales organization. You’ll work hand in hand with our Global Technical leaders and their teams to accelerate deals, review Technical sales best practices and equip the Solution Architect and technical teams with the knowledge to effectively do their job.
What you’ll do:
Own technical sales process steps in conjunction with Technical leadership. Build, maintain and adapt Technical Sales Artifacts for the entire Sales Journey Build training and reinforcement for pre-sales tech along with Sales Business Partner counterpart Work with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize and implement technical enablement programs including but not limited to: Develop programs that improve the productivity of our technical field. Own onboarding and ongoing learning of Technical Roles, working in conjunction with Content Strategists and Onboarding Program Manager (Enablement counterparts). Own Product launches to Technical teams and build awareness to Sales teams via instructor or on-demand learning Understand the Technical Training deliverable roadmap and own the program initiatives Contribute to the technical enablement strategy by developing scalable and interactive learning programs, including program design, development, validations, and managing reporting/KPIs Work with engineering, support and product management to keep up-to-date with the Redis fast-evolving platform, product, messaging, product capabilities, and new processes Establish global relationships across the business and leverage SMEs to further enhance enablement programs and content Identify areas for improvement that lead to measurable outcomes, always looking to evolve the enablement and training solutionsWhat will you need to have?
3-5 years experience within a world class technical sales execution role; experience running on-prem and cloud deals Experience rolling out technical sales execution initiatives, including technical workshops, technical discovery, POCs and measuring effectiveness of programs Experience with software development, Devops or related field Understanding of best in class artifacts to accelerate and equip SAs to accomplish their goals, including owning template artifacts, demos, reference architectures Knowledge and track record in executing and training on new product launches and updates to keep the SAs audible ready. Ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how software practitioners think, operate, and absorb informationWe give back to our employees:

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $169,083 – $224,250 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
