Principal Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to become an integral part of our Customer Digital Identity (CDI) team. Your role will encompass leading expansive, cross-disciplinary projects within a multifaceted environment. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in navigating complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong alignment with customer experience and overarching business objectives. As a pivotal figure, you will collaborate with teams employing cutting-edge technologies, including big data, machine learning, AI/generative AI, and real-time analytics. Your responsibility will be to serve as the essential bridge among business, engineering, and product divisions, ensuring the smooth integration and adoption of customer-focused digital identity solutions and processes throughout our organization.

You have a solid track record in independently leading strategic customer data programs, including data movement, identity resolution, data quality, data governance, and privacy/ legal compliance.
You are an expert in leading through ambiguity and driving structure and rhythm in highly diverse environments.
You have a sound technical foundation to lead design discussions and choices, facilitate technical trade-offs, and evaluate 3P technical solutions.
You have a proven track record of building trust and managing diverse set stakeholders with competing business priorities and ensuring roadmap alignment.
You have a proven track record of senior leadership and executive engagements, status reporting, and program reviews.
You are a change leader who initiates and effectively leads changes that solve for scale, efficiency and velocity.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.
Implement and lead metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs, while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.
Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.
Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years as a Principal, Technical Program Manager within the customer data platform (CDP) domain.
Strong understanding of at least one of the following data technologies: Data ingestion, data lakes, data warehouse, graphs, identity resolution, analytics, self-serve portals, data clean room.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
