What You'll Do:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Account Strategist to join our Strategic Accounts team. In this role at Criteo, you will cultivate long-lasting, trusted relationships by providing outstanding service and driving innovation through collaborative product development. Your focus will be on understanding both the immediate and future needs of our clients to create Joint Business Plans that align with the goals of both Criteo and the client, creating a path for mutual and sustainable success. You will collaborate closely with the Criteo Product Team to co-create customized solutions, positioning Criteo’s technology as a critical driver in your client’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage and cultivate relationships with strategic client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction throughout the partnership.
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, business objectives, and pain points to drive relevant and innovative ad tech solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Lead the sales process for expansion opportunities, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that align with clients' objectives.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand product adoption and drive revenue growth.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
Client Organization Navigation:
Navigate complex client organizations, building relationships with key decision-makers across departments.
Understand the internal dynamics of client organizations to influence key stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across various client teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and execution.
Solution Delivery:
Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ad tech solutions.
Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure clients are leveraging the full capabilities of Criteo’s solutions to maximize ROI.
Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership:
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the Ad Tech space to provide though leadership for your clients.
Share industry insights and best practices with clients to strengthen relationships and establish trust as a subject matter expert.
Who You Are:Experience:
5+ years of experience in account management and sales within the Ad Tech industry or a related field.
Proven experience working with advertising technology platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), programmatic advertising, and analytics tools.
Experience in navigating complex client organizations and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, marketing teams, and technical teams.
Skills:
Strong sales acumen with a history of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$120,000 - $150,000
