The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Senior Adoption Manager specializing in our Health Network Adoption Consulting segment.  As a Senior Adoption Manager, you lead successful adoption delivery engagements for clients to maximize end-user efficiency, and satisfaction. You will analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity, lead internal and external client stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans, and achieve client goals. You will localize the client support plan by understanding adult learning principles, and leveraging behavior change techniques. A successful Adoption Manager will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, you will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved.
